Tasting notes
Ente's 2015 Puligny-Montrachet Village is an exemplary Puligny, opening in the glass with a youthfully reticent bouquet of citrus oil, white peach, spring flowers, pastry cream and a subtle touch of new oak. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, pure, limpid and transparent, with racy acidity in this warm vintage and good definition through the penetrating, precise finish. This is very promising and should develop beautifully with bottle age.
