Tasting notes
Pale gold. Intense mineral-accented orchard and pit fruit aromas show excellent clarity and reveal hints of violet, sweet butter and iodine. Deep pear nectar and peach flavors display very good focus, mineral lift and tension. The mineral quality carries strongly through the strikingly long finish, which leaves behind suave Meyer lemon and floral notes.

Less open than their Terrasses du Palat, and seems a bit leaner on the palate too, with more of a citrusy edge to the fruit. Still loads of stone-fruit aromas, but has a relatively constrained style for Condrieu. (RH)
Immediate apricot and peach fruit, very rich and concentrated with bountiful generosity. After the fruit, not much – but there is enough flavour intensity to last. (RH)
