Score 88-90/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Jun 2016
Pale green-tinged yellow. Spearmint and dusty stone aromas suggest an austere wine. Then juicy and uncompromisingly dry on the palate, with a cool quality to the flavors of mint, white pepper, crushed stone and pine nuts. Finishes with a slightly bitter lime edge. In a classic, laid-back style: I never would have picked this as a 2015. Still, I would have liked more give.
