From a south-facing parcel, the 2014 Riesling Grand Cru Brand displays a pure and flinty bouquet with ripe white and lemony fruit aromas intermixed with herbal flavors. Intense and piquant on the palate, this full-bodied Riesling is dense and complex, still very young but enormously mineral in the finish. The fruit is concentrated and almost tropical and the tannins are adequately firm. This Brand has a remarkable finesse and juicy character, and finishes with power and structure. Still very young but really promising. It is from a less steep plot than in the Sommerberg and from decomposed granite soils where the roots go deep.

Extremely perfumed with sliced-lemon and apple aromas plus hints of exotic fruit. Medium to full body, zesty acidity and a long and flavorful finish. Very vibrant and fresh. Drink now.
