NV Boerl & Kroff Rose

To date, there has only been one NV Brut Rosé from Boërl & Kroff, based on Pinot Noir from the 2005 vintage that saw 80 hours maceration on the skins before pressing. Bursting with aromas of grapefruit, dried white flowers, gingerbread and red apples, it's medium full-bodied, broad and powerful, with a rich and structured core, lively acids and a chalky finish. Long and vinous, it's an undeniably serious rosé.
