Tasting notes
The 2015 Chablis, which comes almost entirely from around Courgis, is bottled without fining and filtration. It has a generous bouquet with scents of honeysuckle, jasmine and a touch of broom. The palate is fresh on the entry with a slightly waxy texture, a hint of ginger and curry leaf towards the finish. Very fine.

The regular bottling of the 2015 Chablis Vente d'Ange continues to show very well, offering up a more classically Chablisien bouquet of green apple, spring flowers, preserved lime and beeswax. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, pure and satiny, with lovely purity, succulent balancing acids and a long finish. It's one of the very finest Chablis AOC bottlings to be found in the 2015 vintage.
Some oak and some stainless steel. Red pears and flowers on the nose. Sweet honeysuckle, as well as a very svelte, even and crisp palate. Drink now.
