The 2014 Grand Barrail Lamarzelle Figeac presents a distinctly mineral/savory profile to match its big, ample frame. Iron, smoke, tobacco, red cherry pit, game and herbs all make an appearance, but the fruit remains pushed to the background. Today, some angular contours remain.
