Tasting notes
Exhibiting aromas of sweet berry fruit and loamy soil, the 2015 La Tour St Bonnet is medium-bodied, with an open, charming core of fruit framed by soft, powdery tannins. While the 2016 remains youthful, the 2015, from an early-maturing vintage, will be at its best young.

Light and fresh on the nose. Pretty light overall without the real flesh of the vintage. But clean and racy. Sandy finish. (JR)
The 2015 Tour St. Bonnet is plump, juicy and bursting with fruit. The high percentage of Merlot comes through loud and clear in this fruit-forward Médoc Cru Bourgeois. Inky blue fruit, smoke, licorice and violets meld into the generous finish. There is a slight touch of greenness here, but otherwise, this is a solid effort. The blend is 76% Merlot, 19% Cabernets and 5% Petit Verdot.
