Tasting notes
Greenish tinge to the gold. Light floral nose without real attack or line. And very obvious alcohol. Unintegrated green notes. A bit aggressive and chunky at this early stage. (JR)

A dense yet very balanced Sauternes with dried pear and apple character, spice and fresh fruit. Medium sweet. Mar 2016, www.JamesSuckling.com
Fresh and focused, with mirabelle plum, yellow apple and apricot notes leading to a light-bodied, heather-accented finish. Mar 2016, James Molesworth, www.WineSpectator.com
Not quite up to the high standard of the 2014 release, yet this is still an enjoyable Sauternes. The Sauvignon Blanc is less evident than it usually is on this rich, sweet, exotic white, leaving it broader and more unctuous, with toasty oak adding an extra dimension.
