Score 91/100 · Drink 2017-2023, Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate, Oct 2016
From a deep, flinty, clay terroir with 60+ years old vines, the 2014 Sancerre la Demoiselle opens with a very bright and floral bouquet of white fruits, lemon and cassis flavors. The wine is medium-bodied, pure and elegant, light and charming rather than complex, but the finish is firm and grippy—revealing a good power.
