Utterly correct and approachable already but crystalline structure and no shortage of fruit. Very well done. (JR)

Smoky and finely etched. Really very fine – though not cheap! This should keep going for many a long year. Long. (JR)

(this bottling, made from multiple parcels, including some stony plots near Puligny-Montrachet, represents 40% of the estate's production in 2014): Pale yellow. Pure aromas of pear, yellow peach and yellow flowers. Ripe, sweet and fine-grained, with captivating minerality giving lift to the middle palate and carrying the classically dry finish.

Lifted nose and deeply embedded fruit. Easy to overlook as it’s not that expressive at the moment. (JR)
