A pure expression of Nebbiolo, the 2010 Disobedient is a subdued and elegant wine. It shows a pronounced floral component that is expressed through rose, violet and dried lavender. Those floral notes hover over the spice and red berry nuances that are folded neatly at the back. Disobedient is an orderly and compliant wine that lives up to the elegant promise of Nebbiolo.
