Redcurrant, rosehip and cherry. Snappy, vibrant, relatively light in style – although there is a furry grip on the finish. Lots of soy character too. (RH)
(made with one-third whole clusters and 15% new oak): Vivid red. High-pitched aromas of strawberry and cherry, with complicating notes of potpourri, spicecake and minerals. Tight and energetic in the mouth, offering intense red berry and bitter cherry flavors and a bitter blood orange touch. Gains flesh with air without any loss of vivacity. Silky tannins add gentle grip to the spicy, penetrating finish, with the cherry note repeating.
