Subtle, dusty and creamy on the nose. That same dusty/chalky character on the palate, the acidity much less prominent than in many wines tasted in this line-up. Just about enough fruit and flesh in the middle. Long, salty finish. (JH)

About the producer

Rapet Pere et Fils
Based in Pernand-Vergelesses, the Rapet family has been involved in wine since at least the 18th century. The property owns 20 hectares of vines around and on the hill of Corton. Vincent and Sylvette are at the helm today, with their son Robin now working alongside them.
