(13% natural alcohol; bottled in June of 2014): Bright yellow. Peach and tropical fruits on the nose. Concentrated and firmly built, with the tropical fruit flavors joined by a hint of honey. Finishes slightly dry-edged, with lemon curd and soft citrus notes. This fruit was picked at the end, noted Christian Moreau.

The 2013 Chablis Village has a crisp, gun flint bouquet that is nicely defined. The palate is fresh on the entry with light apricot and orange zest notes, just a touch of salinity entering toward the brisk 'n' breezy finish. Approachable, but well made, enjoy this over the next 3 or 4 years.
Green-apple fruit aroma. Really good intensity on the palate. Mouthwatering yet with the body to balance that freshness. GV (JH)
The 2013 Chablis shows gorgeous depth and richness at this level. Peach, apricot pit, spice and honeyed notes flesh out in the glass. Slight elements of reduction are apparent today, but that should not be an issue once the wine goes into bottle.
