The 2013 Lune d'Or is now fresher and more vibrant than the maiden 2012 with citrus peel, white flowers and petrichor scents. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, a little spicier than the previous vintage with admirable persistence on the finish. Drinking perfectly now although it will canter along nicely for another decade.

The 2013 Clos des Lunes is a strong effort in a challenging year. Delivering aromas of yellow orchard fruit, white flowers and petrol, it's medium-bodied, tangy and a touch angular, with chalky phenolics and a slightly herbal finish, but it possesses commendable depth and weight for the vintage.
The 2013 Lune d'Or is a selection of the estate's best fruit and is fermented and aged in barrel. A gorgeous, inviting wine, the 2013 Lune d'Or flows across the palate with lovely depth and pure texture, yet retains a compelling sense of raciness. Underlying veins of salinity support the striking finish.
The outstanding 2013 Lune d’Or (also 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc) is a much more intense, riper, more honeyed cuvee exhibiting abundant tropical fruit, honeysuckle and grapefruit characteristics.
