2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

Five thousand three hundred cases of this wine were produced from 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot. The style of Atalon is up-front, plush, seductive wines that are meant to be drunk in their first 10-15 years of life. This wine will certainly last 15 years, although it is fully mature, showing a dark garnet color as well as a sweet nose of berry fruit, a hint of kirsch, Asian spice and a touch of oak.
