Tasting notes
Palish yellow. Lively fruit salad aromas lifted by a whiff of menthol. Sweet, silky and suave, with enticing, penetratingflavors of peach nectar and honey. Conveys an impression of volume and richness without excess weight. In fact, this impeccably balanced Sauternes really dances on the palate. Finishes with sneaky length. A strong pair of wines from this chateau.

Big, round, and full. Very, very full and ripe. Early maturing. All ripe pears! This is looking more delicious and convincing than en primeur although it is still obviously an early developer. (JR)
Pale yellow. Pure aromas of apricot, orange and spices, with a tangy hint of marmalade. Generous and moderately thick, with lively, fruit-driven flavors of orange, lemon and apricot nicely framed by bright acids. Very silky and suave, in the style of the vintage's best examples. Slowly mounting, very fine finish.
