Tasting notes
The famed oenologist team of Dany and Michel Rolland has produced a lovely 1992 Bon Pasteur. Dark ruby-colored, with a smoky, mocha/chocolate/black-cherry-scented nose, this wine exhibits ripe fruit, medium body, a tannic backbone, satisfying depth, and more structure and length than many 1992s. It will drink well for 5-7 years, possibly longer .

About the producer

Famed winemaking consultant Michel Rolland is synonymous with this estate. The vines here were purchased by his grandparents and he ran the property from 1979. Although Rolland still makes the wine today, he sold the estate in 2013.
