1993 Chablis Blanchots

This is a terrific, rich, deep, beautifully focused, vibrant, and full-bodied Chablis that is a special selection of this northern California retailer/importer. It has been bottled with minimal clarification (no filtration at the request of the American importer), and consequently, all the flavors of the vineyard have been captured in the bottle.
