Tasting notes
Retuning 12 months after previously tasting Eben Sadie's wine, the 2011 Sequillo Red has evolved a luscious red plum, marmalade and juniper on the nose that races out of the blocks. The palate is soft and rounded in the mouth with fluffy tannins, fine acidity and a natural, refined, slightly earthy finish. There remain those gorgeous sour cherry and and cranberry notes that loiter on the aftertaste. Delightful.
