Tasting notes
Fragrant cedar and tobacco – no mistaking these Bordeaux roots. Lots of breadth and character. Rubbery tannins could still mature for a good few years. (RH)

Tobacco leaf, roasted herb, red and black currant and dusty, loamy soil characteristics are found in the aromas and flavors of this medium-bodied 2008. It is already fully mature so purchasers should consume it over the next 3-5 years.
Mid crimson. Zesty but also very ripe and positive. Lovely round tannins. Likely to be VGV. Made like a classed growth. Tea leaf flavours and both depth and elegance. Not as concentrated as an absolutely top wine but definitely goes the extra mile. Bravo. (JR)
