Tasting notes
Where is the famed Margaux fragrance and velvety, enthralling texture? Deep in color, with a woody, nondescript nose, the spicy, hard, medium-bodied 1990 exhibits more tannin than ripe fruit. It possesses too much structure and too little fruit for my taste. Drink it in its first 7-8 years of life.
