Score 84/100 · Drink 1993-1997, Robert Parker, Feb 1993
The 1989 is lighter than many wines from this vintage. Displaying some dilution in the mid-palate, it is an alcoholic, chunky, softly-styled St.-Emilion. Anticipated maturity: Now-1997.
