Pale yellow-gold. Classy, soil-inflected nose offers acacia flower, honey and nut oil. Rich, broad, supple and sweet; very 2005 in its texture but without any sense of heaviness. The succulent, thoroughly ripe flavors of ripe pear and flowers are nicely lifted by an element of exotic spice. Finishes broad and long, with an impression of lemony thrust and power.

Bright yellow color. Apricot and peach on the nose; more subdued and less exotic than the Champs Gains. Then superripe, fat and broad in the mouth, in a distinctly sweeter style. This fruit bomb also possesses terrific volume. From a blend of 20-year-old and much older vines.
