2005 Peyrabon

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Franc. Cru bourgeois. Deep garnet with brick rim. Much more leafy than the 2002 and still a little bit tough on the palate. For current drinking, I'd opt for the 2002. This may come round in a couple more years. Chewy and dry on its own and needs food for sure, but then most claret does. (JH)
