Good full red. Wild aromas of brown spices and iron. A step up in intensity from the Gevrey, with a bit more life in the mouth too. Following the recent end of the malolactic fermentation this is still holding a good bit of CO 2 , but I like its aromatic quality and juicy back end.

Very appetising nose with refreshing almost green (but not unripe) vegetation on the nose and very juicy fruit on the palate. Relatively light but balanced, a little austere on the finish. Pretty light. Whole cluster. (JR)
