Bright ruby-red. Aromatic, nuanced nose dominated by black raspberry and chocolate. Silky and sweet, with flavors of raspberry, coffee, minerals and chocolatey oak. Finishes with rather lush tannins and very good length. Nicely pliant for Fronsac and for the year.
