Score 89/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Sep 2011
Bright pale-medium yellow. White peach and clove on the nose. Silky but quite firm on entry, with a distinctly cool aspect to the lemon, lime and spice flavors. Distinctly subdued today; doesn't quite expand or come alive in the mouth. This was not vinified by Verget; it's from wine purchased in January of 2010. Finishes with a note of crushed stone.
