This shows lots of ripe yellow peach, papaya, tangerine and candied pink grapefruit peel, with a solid block of spicy minerality. Concentrated layers of flavor are brightened by the intense acidity, and all the pieces find fine balance. The result is a racehorse of a wine, where power meets grace of form. Drink now through 2030. Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator
