Another garagiste estate producing exuberant, extroverted wines, Clos Dubreuil’s seductive 2006 is filled with notes of ripe black cherries, black currants, and a hint of toasty oak. This fleshy crowd-pleaser is slightly ostentatious, but it is impeccably well-made, medium to full-bodied, and best drunk in its first decade of life.
