Score 65/100 · Drink 1984, Robert Parker, Jan 1998
This mediocre wine is light, fruity, round, and one-dimensional. Hardly a wine representative of its official Bordeaux pedigree, this Rauzan-Segla should be drunk up. Anticipated maturity: Now-probably in serious decline. Last tasted, 6/84.

About the producer

Rauzan Segla
The Chanel group purchased Margaux Second Growth Ch. Rauzan-Ségla in 1994. Under the iconic fashion house’s ownership and – since 2014 – the guidance of winemaker Nicolas Audebert, the estate has seen significant investment and rapidly become one of Bordeaux’s most desirable.
