Score 84/100 · Drink 1989, Robert Parker, Jan 1998
Considering the difficulties posed by this vintage, this wine has turned out well. It is a ripe, tannic, firmly structured wine with depth and length. Anticipated maturity: Now. Last tasted, 3/89.
