Tasting notes
Ripe even if low key, with sweetness and richness. Very solid, very northern Médoc! Needs time. The first time I had tasted this since the primeur tastings and it looks to be very GV. (JR)

Dramatically herbal, this medium-bodied, solidly constructed, straightforward wine is best drunk over the next 5-6 years. This is an up-and-coming estate owned by the proprietors of Pichon-Lalande.
Mid-crimson. Low-key sweet nose. Quite gentle, fresh and zippy – a reasonably good effort – but the streak of high acidity is just too marked and the finish just too dry to squeeze more enthusiasm out of this palate. (JR)
