This dark plum/ruby-colored, richly fruity 2005 reveals copious quantities of black currants, leafy red cherries, and spice. Medium-bodied with round tannins as well as a long finish, it is surprisingly delicious already, it can be enjoyed over the next 10-15 years.

(from a parcel on gravel and sand located near Figeac) Medium ruby. Roasted aromas of plum liqueur and black cherry. Plush, gentle, plummy and round, in a rather Pomerol-like style, with low acidity for the year. Finishes with very soft tannins and notes of kirsch and licorice. Could use more definition and energy. This very soft wine will be perfect for drinking young.
