65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. Rich and ripe smelling but no over-ripeness or over-sweetness. Savoury on the palate, a little meaty even. Tannins pretty resolved already. Fresh, long finish. (JH)

Dark purple. Inky nose with no exaggeration, Lots of juice and some slight greenness but not excessively so. Good for traditionalists as this is certainly not sweet or OTT. (JR)

Good Cabernet cassis nose, elegant and balance, very good northern Médoc. Drink 2013-16.

Sweet berry and cherry aromas follow through to a medium body, with a mineral, tannic backbone
