(60% sauvignon blanc, 30% sauvignon gris and 5% each muscadelle and semillon) Musky aromas of peach, minerals and mint, with a hint of exotic fruits. Very rich, fat and creamy, with peach and nectarine flavors. The wine shows an almost viognier-like thickness of texture, but is saved by exhilarating acidity that gives shape and grip to the flavors. Potentially the finest vintage to date for this chateau's white wine.
