2006 Condrieu

Pale yellow. Seductively floral aromas of spicy peach, poached pear, magnolia and violet. Vibrant citrus and pit fruit flavors possess strong mineral and spice qualities and finish with excellent lift and thrust. This is really complex. I should note that Yves Gangloff told me that he purchased his first vineyard in 1983, a half hectare of Condrieu for which he paid about $12,000.
