White flowers, lemon peel and green pears are all laced together in Billaud-Simon's 2012 Chablis. Stony and floral overtones are recurring themes throughout. This is a very pretty entry-level offering from Billaud-Simon.

Good pale yellow. Lime peel, spearmint and white pepper on the nose. Dense and juicy, with lovely energy to the flavors of lemon, lime and minerals. Boasts lovely richness and sweetness for village wine and finishes with noteworthy grip and persistence. Definitely for drinking after the Petit Chablis as there's more stuffing and depth here.
