(partly done in stainless steel) Very dry aromas of citrus peel and petrol; a bit riesling-like. Then surprisingly rich and pliant in the mouth, but with classic dryness to the pineapple flavor. Turns more austere on the back end. Like a denser version of a typical 2007.
