Tasting notes
Bright crimson. Clean, quite intense nose. Sweet start. Just a little lacking in fruit intensity and with a hint of oak sweetness. A little astringent at the end. (JR)

(65% merlot, 15% cabernet sauvignon and 10% each cabernet franc and petit verdot): Good dark red. Complex aromas of redcurrant, plum, blackberry, mocha and smoked meat. Suave on entry, then lively in the middle, with integrated acidity energizing the dark berry flavors. Still a touch reduced but without any rough edges. Finishes with firm but fine tannins and good grip. Very successful in 2010.
Elegant berry fruit intermixed with incense, roasted herbs, underbrush and notes of cedar wood and white chocolate characterize this dark ruby/plum-colored wine. It is succulent, round and another sleeper of the vintage Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
65% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot. Rich, dark and spicy. A little biscuity. Fresh, dark and moreish. Plenty of fruit but mouthwatering on the finish. (JH)
