Dark crimson. Almost as good as the 2000 – just a bit skinnier. Dark chocolate flavours, very pleasing. Good balance. Acidity higher but less body and extract than 2000, but not tart. (JR)

Very good, healthy crimson. Scented, cedarwood. Very substantial with a beginning, middle and an end on the palate. (JR)
