Bright, pale gold. Expressive floral and citrus aromas, with strong minerality adding vibrancy. Focused and pure but also powerful, with strong lemon, orange zest and clover honey flavors framed by solid acidity. Finishes chewy and long, with a note of fresh lime.

About the producer

Pascal Cotat
The other Cotat, Pascal Cotat, is cousin to the legendary François Cotat. The original family domaine was divided between them in 1998, and Pascal Cotat works many of the same vineyards, producing fine – if not quite as prized – Sancerre.
