Maturing light ruby. Light, well-mannered nose. Very light in impact. Difficult to see how this wine would make an impact globally. Sweet and light. (JR)

Lots of acidity on the nose. Even something a bit green. Muted. Well balanced but utterly undramatic – difficult to see why this should ever be bought en primeur. Something a bit uncomfortably tarry on the finish. (JR)

Displays sweet plum and raspberry on the nose, with floral notes. Very fruity, yet balanced and pretty. Full-bodied, with fine tannins and a fresh finish. A Burgundian style. You can't help but get excited about the pretty fruit in this. Best after 2011. 6,665 cases made. -James Suckling, Wine Spectator 2010
