Bright dark red. Subtle, highly nuanced nose combines musky strawberry, raspberry, minerals, flowers and smoked meat. Extremely unevolved but suave and light on its feet; really shows off the chalky terroir. Very long, classy finish; the very fine tannins coat the far corners of the palate. Showing brilliantly today.
