Tasting notes
Good pale color. White peach and flowers on the nose. A sweet, lush fruit bomb in the mouth, in a gentle style but with sound, nicely integrated acidity. Perhaps not as deep as the Garenne (the vines here are 22 years old, vs. 35 for the Garenne) but finishes with good length.

A very subtle touch of wood frames a pretty and airy blend of white flower, pear and white peach aromas that are in keeping with the round, intense and obviously mineral-driven flavors that possess really lovely depth and length. Compared to the Referts, this is almost delicate with an understated style that complements the laser-like focus. Terrific.
Very full and opulent. Not for long keeping, nor for bargain hunters, but it delivers great wodges of ripe fruit and pleasure. (JR)
(still a bit of unconverted malic acidity) Ripe aromas of apricot and honey. Supple, fat and rich, with good purity to the exotically sweet flavors of apricot, honey and nuts. A suggestion of crystallized fruits brings a slight heaviness, but this boasts a very smooth texture.
