Score 87/100 · Drink 2012-2022, Robert Parker, Feb 2012
Fifty percent Merlot and the rest largely Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is another quite charming and endearing 2009. Dark plum/ruby, with notes of underbrush, forest floor and black currants, this ripe, medium-bodied wine has low acidity and is ideal for drinking over the next 7-10 years. (A member of the Association of Crus Bourgeois du Medoc.)

48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot. Light nose but luscious fruit. Modern and quite dramatic. Long and pungent though no blockbuster. (JR)

Ripe, sweet fruit with as yet unintegrated oak. Very tight, youthful and juicy – lovely balance and depth already evident though, and oozes style. (RH)
