Pale yellow. Pungent pit fruits, spices and dried flowers on the nose. Wound pretty tight today, opening slowly to offer juicy nectarine and lemon curd flavors and deeper honey and marzipan qualities. A much harder read than the Le Mont Demi-Sec today, finishing with solid grip and lingering honey and floral notes.

Very pale – water white. So pure, and whistle clean on the nose. Dried apricots (wrong country? I am going on to taste the Királyudvar Tokaji, also owned, like Huet, by Anthony Hwang). Masses of acidity but much much purer than traditional Vouvray. There's enough fruit here so that you could (just) drink this now. (JR)
