Tasting notes
A beautiful deep plum/garnet color reveals little evidence of eleven years of age. The wine’s striking nose of forest floor, blue and black fruits is followed by a medium to full-bodied, opulent, fresh, lively, impressively endowed Fronsac that is clearly a sleeper of the vintage. It should continue to drink well for 6-10 years.

Thick, tannic, not much lift but perfectly respectable and solid. Great colour and opulence. Very round and dramatic but not very Fronsac with a slight undertow of animal fur. Let's taste more of that Fronsac fraicheur! (JR)
Bright red-ruby. Sexy, aromatic nose combines cherry and rose petal. Juicy and fruit-driven, with an enticing raspberry flavor enlivened by harmonious acidity. Offers lovely texture and finishes with firm but sweet tannins. Another very promising wine from this consistently good Fronsac property.
