Score 86/100 · Drink 1995-2002, Robert Parker, Jun 1994
Rostaing produced only two cuvees in 1992, a vintage he terms the hardest, most difficult he has ever encountered. The 1992 Cote Rotie generic bottling (which includes all of his declassified La Landonne), exhibits a medium ruby color, a soft, cherry, earthy nose, lovely, light to medium-bodied flavors, low acidity, and an attractive finish. Almost Burgundian in its lightness, perfume, and lushness, it should be drunk over the next 5-7 years. Importer: Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant, Berkeley, CA; Tel. (510) 524-1524
